TopChefUniversity.com is a sham. Don’t get sucked in!

Youtube.com has way more information for free and it doesn’t pretend to be a University. The idea that one could simply watch videos on TCU instead of culinary college and get the same training is balderdash!!! Even recipe sites like epicurious will teach you more. If you insist on paying try rouxbe.com as it is a MUCH better site for training videos and its less money!

    Boo BRAVO!

I wholeheartedly agree with you – although I am sure some people will still be willing to pay for the professional videos (and it is quite well priced) after all the Masterchef hype and that was simply my point but I will have a look at rouxbe.com as well – Thanks for your comment anyway! Here is a youtube link for Mexican recipes! http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=mexican+recipe&aq=f

Chef Karim, we would be happy to extend a free subscription to TCU for you to try out so you can make an informed decision.
What we offer that youTube does not is a comprehensive, structured program designed by trusted, real professional chefs. TCU is a reliable resource of culinary information that will teach you the principles and techniques to cooking.

Please email us here and we will be happy to sign you up for free.

      Best,
      TCU Team
